Provider Types
This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Counselors
- Licensed Professional Counselors
Most of the clients I work with have anxiety about something going on in their lives - relationships, expected or unexpected changes, making decisions about the future, or uncertainty about who they are/what they want. Many of the clients I work with are coping with grief, uncertainty and sadness about their relationships - unresolved issues from childhood, difficulty setting boundaries in relationships or difficulty finding balance. My goal for therapy is to provide a warm and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your concerns and feel understood. My role as a therapist is to help you to better understand your needs and strengths and develop goals to live a healthy life. I am genuine, encouraging and motivated to help you by providing support and validation, education and skills.
