Anne Shaul
Welcome. I am happy to introduce myself.
I have over thirty years of experience as a Licensed Clinical psychotherapist, working with Individuals from infants/parents to adults. In addition to my LCSW, I also have 2 other Masters Degrees, both in the field of Education; and hold certifications in Trauma Informed Therapy, Attachment Theory and more.
I will work with and support you to achieve your goals toward better mental health and wellness & to enhance a more meaningful sense of self. I prioritize and provide a safe space, insight and a reflective style of talk-therapy to work toward reducing or managing your symptoms of Depression, Postpartum Depression, Mood disruption, PTSD, Abuse Healing & Recovery, and simply Adjusting to life's obtacles. I take a holistic, person-centered approach, integrating various methods to meet your unique needs. I will support and encourage you to move at a manageable pace toward better health and self care.
We won't just talk about the problem, we'll start our work together by creating goals to build self-awareness and practical skills, using methods designed to help you reach solutions.
We can get through this together! It can feel daunting to share your deepest self. It is my absolute privilege when clients take the chance to open up & share themselves with me. You will quickly learn that above all else, I prioritize your confidentiality, comfort, emotional safety and reaching your personal goals toward better health and mental wellness.
