Hello! I am Anne Sansone, and I'd like to share a little about myself. I graduated from Capella University in 2009, earning a Masters in Human Services with a concentration in Marital Couple and Family Counseling/Therapy. In 2012, I passed the National Counseling Exam, and became a Board Certified Counselor. I’ve been in private practice since 2019, helping those dealing with anxiety depression grief life transitions and relational issues. Over the years, I have completed over 100 hours of continuing education, and earned additional certificates, including those in LGBTQ Competencies and Psychological First Aid.
While I have been trained in a variety of modalities, I tend to favor a strength-based, solution-focused approach.
If you are looking for a safe place to process life's ups and downs, I encourage you to contact me for a phone consultation to see if I'd be a good fit for your needs.
