Anne M Cosimano, LCSW-C
Are you feeling anxious, confused, stuck, sad? Dealing with things that are getting in the way of living your best life? You deserve to feel better. In my work as a therapist and college counselor for the past 20+ years I have witnessed the incredible strength and resilience in people despite life's hardships, losses and traumas. I work with adults and teens to deal with life's challenges such as relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, loss, trauma, adoption, parenting, divorce, gender and sexual identity. As people gain deeper understanding of themselves and their behaviors , they are often able to make changes to improve their self esteem, strengthen their relationships, cope with life's ups and downs, and achieve deeper satisfaction in their lives.
Please feel free to contact me with questions or for a free phone consultation.
