Hi! I am Anne Forrest, a Licensed Professional Counselor who loves to help people with trauma, addiction, self-esteem, and LGBTQIA issues. I believe feeling good about ourselves is our birthright, yet so many of us struggle with this. Often it is things like addiction, stigma, or a history of trauma that get in the way. I believe these things can be healed, and that we can love ourselves fully. With Gestalt therapy, somatic approaches, and some fun along the way, I work with people to heal their wounds so they can walk proudly.
