Welcome! As a licensed independent clinical social worker, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, identity exploration, and life transitions in adults. I aim to give space for clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered. I am committed to building a partnership fostered in compassion and warmth to guide clients in self-discovery and growth.

Throughout my life I have always strived to promote mental health whether listening to a friend, advocating for clients and families, supporting a caregiver, or volunteering for local organizations. Mental health truly affects people of all ages and cultural backgrounds. I graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Gerontology at Syracuse University, and received a Master of Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania. I have extensive experience in crisis intervention, brief treatment, college mental health, and short term outpatient therapy. People are resilient and resourceful. I value learning and meeting clients where they are at.

I have experience working with adults of all ages with a variety of concerns. I will create a personalized treatment plan that meets your specific needs, utilizing a collaborative, person-centered, solution-focused, and strength-based approach. I utilize an eclectic style. As we work together, I invite clients to open up and share their experiences. I use our time and space to create a sense of safety. Our time is meaningful and intentional for clients to draw upon their own self exploration, reflections, insight and growth.
