Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Accepting clients Last Updated 1 days ago

I work with individuals (13+) of all races, ethnicities, spiritual identities, and am LGBTQ+ affirming.

In my therapeutic practice, I integrate various modalities, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and body-based therapies, with a particular focus on trauma healing. My approach is enriched by insights from neurobiology and empirical insights into trauma's impact on the nervous system.
I am a sister, a friend, a struggling potter. I have my own therapist because I believe I cannot take anyone on a journey, I have not taken myself.

I intentionally keep my private practice small because I want to be able to provide the best care for my clients. This means I am often unable to take clients that do not fit within my scope of expertise. I will not be a good fit for you if:
1)You have actively engaged in self-harm or suicide attempts in the past year.
2) You are struggling with substance abuse or addiction.
3) You are engaged in ongoing court or legal system involvement.

You are already capable of profound healing and my job is to simply to guide you toward that capacity with compassion, insight, creativity and, always a bit of humor.
