Annaken Toews, LCSW

Annaken Toews is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado who has been practicing since 2020. Annaken believes in the power our bodies hold to heal from adversity. She will help clients harness their innate, biological capacity to heal using a bottom-up approach to therapy, rather than traditional talk therapy. Clients will gain awareness of their own healing capacity to address ineffective thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that enable them to live fuller, more satisfying lives. Annaken uses an approach of relational attachment to understand individual behaviors that can promote healthier relationships.

In her spare time, Annaken enjoys being in the outdoors, hiking, growing things, and making music.
