Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Psychologists

Many people enter therapy concerned that they will have to make dramatic changes in their lives to find relief. I believe that therapy is not dramatically changing who we are, but rather looking at how our perceptions of ourselves and others create unfulfilling experiences. I think my role as a therapist is to work with each individual to identify their strengths and enhance what is already working for them while examining the patterns that keep them from living life to its fullest.
In my experience as a therapist I have helped many children, adolescents and adults overcome sever anxiety and depression and long-standing relationship issues. I also have expertise with families struggling with ongoing divorce and custody issues.
I draw from several modalities of therapy, fitting the intervention with the needs of the individual.
