I am so glad you are considering bettering your mental health! I work with mainly teens and young adults who struggle to regulate their emotions and impulses. I specialize in personality disorders, trauma/PTSD, and anxiety disorders. I try to balance meeting you where you are, and teaching you skills that will change behavior patterns that are no longer working for you. I enjoy and welcome working with students of all backgrounds, including the LGTBQIAA community. I would love to speak with you to see if we are a good fit.
