Anna Piazza
My goal as a clinical therapist is to empower individuals to increase self awareness, explore identity, emotion and insight, and identify and navigate opportunities, resources and barriers along their path.
I specialize in treating clients experiencing adjustment and transitional issues related to life events, anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, identity exploration and others. My ideal client is a young adult who is ready to explore these issues and reach their goals for change.
Issues of adjustment in young adulthood are an area of particular interest to me, as this is a time of such important exploration, growth and change. This is a great time to work on yourself!
As a social worker, I take a holistic, person-in-environment approach to individualized treatment planning and our work together using modalities that are chosen based on your identified goals, needs and strengths.
