I am a Licensed Resident in Counseling. I received my bachelor’s degree in Developmental Psychology and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I have over two years of experience working with a broad range of clients. I am concurrently pursuing my EMDR and Play Therapy Certifications.
I have always had a deep-seated desire to help others by providing support and compassion. Growing up, people often came to me with their concerns. It felt natural for me to listen and provide guidance. This career always fit my personality and natural abilities. My goal as your counselor is to work with you on your wellness journey. I am passionate about creating a safe, yet tranquil, space for you to feel both heard and helped.
Since receiving my master's, I have worked with a wide range of populations, including children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. My faith provides me with peace. If it is your preference, we can integrate faith-based aspects into our time together.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy traveling, reading, baking, cycling, and spending time with my husband and two pet dogs.
