You deserve a mental health provider who sees the full picture of who you are—someone who listens, understands, and supports you as you navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals managing bipolar disorder and other mental health conditions to build a deeper understanding of their experiences, develop meaningful strategies for growth, and reclaim a sense of balance and purpose.

As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I specialize in working with older adults and people of color, populations often underserved in mental health care. Whether you're seeking support for managing mood shifts, developing coping skills, or exploring ways to improve your overall well-being, I’m here to help.

My approach is conversational and rooted in trust, creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. You’ll find our sessions engaging, not mechanical—this is about connection, not just checkboxes. Using evidence-based treatments combined with positive psychology and motivational interviewing, I tailor care to your unique needs and goals.

Fluent in Haitian Creole, I’m also dedicated to serving diverse communities, including Haitian and Creole-speaking individuals. I understand the importance of culturally sensitive care and aim to provide a welcoming, inclusive environment where your identity and experiences are respected.

Beyond managing symptoms, I’m passionate about helping clients rediscover what brings them joy and meaning. Once immediate needs are addressed, we’ll work together to explore your passions and purpose, creating a path toward lasting fulfillment.

Whether you're seeking support for the first time or want to build on what you’ve already accomplished, you don’t have to do it alone. Let’s work together to create meaningful change.
