Anna Lee
Welcome. I'm Anna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Connecticut. I specialize in trauma, attachment, personal growth and self-esteem, women’s mental health and evidence-based modalities tailored to assist my clients in meeting their treatment goals. I integrate a variety of modalities—Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—and interventions to maintain a person-centered focus during treatment.
I value honesty and transparency in my work with clients. I have worked in various outpatient settings with individuals across the lifespan, who struggle with a variety of symptoms including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD/C-PTSD, personality disorders and substance use.
I combine a collaborative, trauma-informed, and attachment-based approach in my practice. I will offer you non-judgmental and compassionate support. Reaching out for help is sometimes the hardest step, and often one we take alone. I would be honored to join you as you guide your path of healing. Reach out for a free consultation to discuss working together.
