Anna Kress
My approach is warm, engaging, and collaborative. I have 20 years of specialized experience working with college students. I was an intern at The College of New Jersey, Staff Psychologist at Rutgers University, and Post-Doctoral Fellow at Princeton University. I help students who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, or obstacles to success. I work with a variety of issues including emotion regulation difficulties, stress management, low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, procrastination, relationship problems, and family conflicts.
I look forward to discussing your needs to see how I can help you thrive.
