Anna Detlefsen
My time working at the University of Notre Dame as a Care Consultant helped me gain a deep understanding of many of the struggles that college students face.
I have extensive experience working with individuals and families as they navigate traumatic injury, end-of-life issues, anticipatory grief, and terminal illness.
I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues, including depression, anxiety, attachment/family, trauma and relationship issues.
It is my goal to help create a space of authenticity, compassion and self-acceptance. I enjoy helping clients set meaningful and obtainable goals while working towards a place of healing, resilience, wholeness and connection.
