Navigating life in your 20s can feel overwhelming—balancing school, work, relationships, and the uncertainty of what comes next. You're not alone if you’re feeling stuck, anxious, or just not like yourself. I’m here to help you make sense of it all and build the skills you need to move forward confidently.

As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I specialize in working with young adults navigating major life transitions. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or just the stress of “adulting,” I provide a safe, judgment-free space where we can work together to understand your challenges and find real solutions.

I take a whole-person care approach, meaning we’ll explore not just symptoms but the bigger picture—your goals, values, and what truly matters to you. For some, that may mean therapy alone; for others, a combination of therapy and medication. My goal is never to push one approach but to find what works best for you.

I use evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs. More than any single technique, though, I believe the most important part of therapy is the connection between provider and client. You deserve to feel heard, supported and understood.

If you’ve been thinking about reaching out for help but feel hesitant, that’s okay. Therapy isn’t about having everything figured out—it’s about having a space where you can be yourself while working toward the life you want. If we’re a good fit, great. If not, I’ll support you in finding someone who is. What matters most is that you get the support you deserve.

On my best days, I recharge by exercising. On my not-so-motivated days, I unwind with true crime. Both are valid forms of self-care!
