Therapy is not always the first idea that pops into our heads when it comes to dealing with life’s stressors; and asking for support in some of our most hardest times can be challenging. Or maybe you have tried and had a not-so-helpful experience. Each one of us has lived different life experiences and faced hardships that can leave us feeling alone, lost, overwhelmed, and possibly even helpless. While I don't aim to “fix” or “solve” these hardships, I do aim to validate each experience and emotions that comes from these challenges and support you in gaining control of your life again through increasing your self awareness and self-acceptance to help you reach whatever “better” look and feels likes for you.
