Navigating school, relationships, work, and other commitments simultaneously can be overwhelming. At this juncture in your life, you may also be grappling with questions of identity and purpose that leave you feeling lost, stuck, or confused. I work with students in therapy around a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and identity.

In therapy, we have an opportunity to learn about your inner world. My style is exploratory and depth-oriented, meaning that we will get to know the unique ways you feel and think, identify different parts of you and curiously trace their origins, and move “beyond the surface” by listening for connections and underlying themes in your history. I believe therapy at its core is about being in relationship with one another, and observing the potentiality this offers. It is through these processes that I hope new ways of being and relating to yourself and others can emerge.

Bearing witness to your story is a privilege that I honor through my empathic, nonjudgmental, and thoughtful engagement. My approach is rooted in the principles of harm reduction, the multidimensionality of identity, the awareness and impact of historical and intergenerational trauma, as well as the macrosystems that contextualize and shape our day-to-day lives. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds to my practice, and have extensive experience working with young adults, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ folks, and creatives. At this time, I see clients between 1-3x/week frequency.

I warmly invite you to reach out by e-mail with any questions about working together or if you'd like to schedule a consultation.
