Therapy with me is like a warm hug mixed with some nerdy humor, plus a kind of scary ability to remember details (your friends' and/or pets' names, I will know all of them). My job is to help you feel safe enough to talk about the hard stuff, so you can change what needs changing & accept what needs accepting. I'm a therapist with ADHD and about 20 years of experience in this job--and I enjoy playing Minecraft. Research shows that the best therapy happens when you find a good fit with a therapist-- so don't stop looking until you find one that really gets you!
