If life feels a little like you're trying to juggle too many things at once, you're not alone. I work well with students who are navigating stress, anxiety, self-doubt, big life changes, relationship challenges, or simply the pressure of trying to keep everything together.
Many of the people I meet are thoughtful, creative, caring individuals who spend so much energy showing up for others that they forget to check in with themselves. Some feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like they're trying to solve a puzzle without all the pieces. Others are searching for a place where they can be fully themselves without feeling judged.
I especially enjoy working with students who see the world a little differently, including those with ADHD, autism, learning differences, and wonderfully unique ways of thinking. Together, we'll explore what works for you, celebrate your strengths, and build practical tools for handling life's twists and turns.
Think of counseling as a space to unpack your backpack, sort through what's weighing you down, and discover strengths you may not even realize you have. You don't need to have all the answers—just a willingness to show up as you are.
