I have over 20 years helping people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and issues related to relationships. If you are feeling sad, worried, or anxious, I can help you by providing skills to improve your mood and reduce your worry. I also have experience working with people who have experienced trauma.
I love working with people to help them to recognize their strengths and help them to achieve their goals. Working collaboratively with clients, using the Cognitive Behavioral Model, I help them to understand how changing their thoughts can change the way they act and feel.
