Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW

Accepting New Telehealth Clients: People who work with me will find a clinician committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment to explore, grow, and transform. The beginning of therapy with me focuses on developing a rapport so you can feel a level of comfort sharing your story. We will create a partnership to explore where to go in therapy. I lean heavily on years of training in narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma informed work along with my highly tuned intuition and compassion.
My practice focus at this time is adults across the life span presenting with anxiety, depression, life transitions, health problems, trauma histories, and parenting challenges. My clinical leaning is towards Narrative Therapy. I enjoy it's gentle, organic approach that supports the notion that every conversation has the potential to change someone's life.
If you are looking for a solid place to land with a stable, consistent therapist I invite you to reach out to me to schedule an initial free consultation to see if we are a match.
