As a counselor with Masters Degrees in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling, I seek to integrate the language of the heart and soul with the guidance of science. I specialize in working with people who feel stuck in their lives due to trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, self-criticism, low self-esteem, and chronic illness. My particular focus is helping individuals and couples build awareness, resilience, and greater connections with self and others. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I am trained to respond to your learned coping patterns and help you develop new, effective strategies so you can feel whole again.
I apply evidence-based therapies that will help you shift from surviving to thriving. I utilize a comprehensive approach that addresses your specific sources of stress and suffering. Through the tenets of neuroscience along with mindfulness, compassion and resilience training you are empowered to build the skills that support lasting, positive change.
If you are overwhelmed with anxiety, stress, self-doubt, self-criticism, shame, or depression, I want you to know that there is help for you. Together, we will create a safe place for you to heal. You will discover your power and resilience through strategies that have helped many of my clients win back their lives. You don't have to do this alone.
