Welcome to Angie Mayo Psychotherapy. Angie provides in person and teletherapy that exclusively focuses on strengthening the well-being of adult and adolescent women who are experiencing anxiety, struggling to make changes, and find a new stronger version of their previous self. Her specific areas of interest include anxiety, relational issues, self-esteem and identity development, life transitions, and depression.
Angie enjoys developing relationships with her clients and supporting them using a strengths based approach which feels supportive and non-judgmental.
