Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC
Accepting clients Last Updated 2 days ago

One of the reasons I moved my practice downtown was to be more convenient for young adults. College is one of the most stressful and uncertain times in life. Many of my college aged clients find themselves experiencing a re-occurrence of childhood trauma, depression and anxiety. New struggles with social anxiety , OCD and relationship issues can emerge in this transitional and complex time of life. The down to earth and experiential nature of my treatment methods seem to make people feel comfortable and safe. I want to help my clients like and accept who they are now and then we work on making the changes that will bring them more fulfillment.. I am always working on finding ways to make my space and sessions authentic and accepting.
