Healing is not about becoming someone else. It’s about living in alignment with who you truly are. Together, we meet at the intersection of the heart and mind to outgrow what no longer fits and be who you are becoming.

I blend evidence-based mental health care with creativity and self-expression to create a welcoming, personalized experience. With over ten years of clinical practice, I support teens and young adults (13-30s) in navigating life’s challenges with compassion and clarity, uncovering strengths as a guide toward growth and well-being.

My personal and ongoing healing includes spirituality, time with loved ones (including my dog), social welfare, holistic health, food, fashion, and the privilege of working with people like you. I offer virtual therapy sessions for clients located in California, Indiana, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. I look forward to connecting!
