I welcome you to be open minded on your journey to heal the old wounds you may be carrying from past experiences. You may feel lost, scared, confused or just know that it is time to make a change in your life. I am here to help you by guiding and supporting you in reaching your hopes and goals of building resilience; and a better connection to your whole self. I have special interest in working with clients dealing with issues such as: trauma; addiction and recovery; mood disorders; thought disorders; and life transitions. I am LGBTQA+ affirming.

As a trauma specialist, I am dedicated to providing a holistic approach for you that is evidenced based and personalized to your specific goals, needs and hopes, which can include Motivational interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral, Cognitive Behavioral, and EMDR.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I have been in the behavioral health field since 2014. I have the unique experience of working in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health; and outpatient chemical dependency during my career. I was trained in EMDR therapy in 2019. I am well rounded in my experiences and I am grateful to have made positive impact in peoples lives.
