Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery. In our sessions, I promote behavioral transformation. I do this by encouraging a positive outlook, adopting new attitudes and reactions to everyday life. I have the tools and professional experience to help you achieve your goals.

Congratulations, you have taken the first and often the hardest step… reaching out for help! I believe that compassion, Insight, mindfulness and acceptance are the best tools to address difficult issues. At times we need support and guidance to discover or reconnect with our internal strength. Together, we can address whatever is keeping you from being at your best. I work to help people address relational issues, adjustment to transitions, lack of motivation, confusion and self doubt, anxiety, depression, addictions, attention deficit disorder, learning difficulties, issues of self image and other challenging components of life. I believe in the power of the human spirit and the innate desire to be joyful and at peace. I use various therapeutic modalities and teach you essential tools to help you meet YOUR goals. This is an intimate and powerful journey and I know it requires the right person to take the journey with you. I am humbled and honored by those who chose me to be their therapist.
