I love working with college students! I find this period of life to be both very exciting and challenging. College can be a difficult transition and is often met with rigorous course work and a lot of pressure to "figure out what you want to be when you grow up." College students are also usually adjusting to life as a young adult living away from home for the first time. I specialize in stress management, anxiety and depression, but am comfortable working with a large range of mental health and life challenges. I am located conveniently right near the University of Connecticut and Eastern Connecticut State University and would be happy to support you during this pivotal time in life.
