Are you feeling stuck, disconnected, or not like yourself? Whether you are dealing with academic stressors, social stressors, depression or anxiety you are not alone and my goal is to create a safe and healing space for you. I am here to help you feel empowered and build resiliency.

My style is person centered and strengths based, meaning that each person possesses strengths and can build new skills that we will fine tune and use to work towards your goals. I provide trauma informed care and use different approaches including mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and trauma. I have been in practice since 2015 working with adults in individual and group therapy.

All are welcome in this space. I attend trainings and consistently work on competency in several areas including racial justice and LGBT topics. Compassion and empathy for ourselves and others are major values. If you are interested in learning how I can help, please reach out and schedule a 15 minute consultation.
