I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 10 years of experience working in the field. For the past 7 years I have been working at a college campus in Minnesota focusing on working with BIPOC students. I have worked in various community settings as well as private practice. I have worked with individuals struggling with adjustment and mental health concerns such as depression and anxiety. I am aware of how difficult it can be for college students to transition to adulthood as well as manage high stress of school, family and work.
