I utilize trauma informed practices, and I am versed in being gender inclusive. I have experience working with survivors of abuse, and individuals experiencing issues with self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. My goal as a therapist is to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. I aim to provide a safe space to process emotions, explore coping skills, and evoke self-compassion. I will meet you where you are, and together we can get you to where you want to be!
Please note that rates are determined by your insurance benefits. The self pay rate is $120 per session, if you do not want to use your insurance.
