It may take time, focus and work, but you're already here taking the first step. I create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore whatever emotions or burdens you might be carrying. I will work with you to find coping skills and emotional regulation tools to help you feel safe as we work to change the patterns of thinking and feeling. You are the expert on your life, so I will work with you to co-create a space where you can find healing and growth. My work is based in IFS (Internal Family Systems), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and somatic (body awareness/mindfulness) theories of counseling.
