Psychologist, PsyD

From the outside things may seem fine, even when on the inside we feel frustrated, dissatisfied, or lost. It can be hard to put this experience into words which makes it difficult to know how to start feeling better. My approach to therapy is focused on helping you better understand yourself and your struggles so you can take steps towards a life that is nourishing and meaningful for you. I strive to create a warm and supportive environment so we can work together to challenge what you’ve been told about how you’re “supposed” to be and identify the patterns that get in the way of your living the life you want to live.

I am a licensed psychologist with expertise in both mental health and sport psychology. At my practice I provide psychotherapy for adults as well as sport psychology services for athletes and teams who want to develop the mental aspects of their performance.

Whether I am working with people seeking growth through therapy or with athletes looking for more out of their sport, my favorite part of my job is seeing the transformation that takes place as people start to connect with themselves and trust their best qualities. If you think you would be interested in working with me, please get in touch!
