With all the muddiness around us in the world and our daily lives, it's easy to become stuck in the quagmire and lose sight of our values. Counseling offers a chance to look introspectively at what is truly important so we can discover ways to center those values in our day to day lives. My goal is to build relationships with clients that allow for exploration and deeper understanding of how to live your best life.
