Andrew Loeser
Do you find yourself feeling stuck? Struggling with a sense of meaninglessness in your life? Feeling lost in uncertain times, moving to a new place, relationship issues, or feeling trapped in past events are just some of the experiences that contribute to my clients struggles. Whether you're just starting to see the impact it's having on your life or you have been dealing with it for years, I work with folks to help them get unstuck, and on a path to improved well-being, purpose and meaning for themselves, and tools for greater resilience when life is its harshest.
I integrate humanistic therapy, CBT, and positive psychology to build positive relationships with my clients and help create an environment that facilitates change. For folks who feel stuck from past events, I am trained in EMDR therapy to help people recover from those experiences and build a more positive belief about themselves.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. Please feel free to send me a message or give me a call to schedule a free introductory call so we can determine if I might be the right fit as your therapist.
