ANF Counseling
In my work with clients, I focus on collaboratively identifying goals, needs, and challenges to address during our sessions. My aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can comfortably explore issues like relationship struggles, mental health concerns, or life transitions.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, and relationships using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. I believe everyone has the potential for growth and healing, and I’m dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences as we work toward your goals.
I chose to pursue a career in mental health because I am passionate about helping others find balance and well-being in their lives. My client-centered and collaborative approach focuses on your unique needs and strengths. Together, we can work towards creating meaningful change and improving your quality of life.
