Many people struggle to find meaning and connection in a time that increasingly demands productivity above all else. They may feel misunderstood by their older support system, or disillusioned from the suffering they experience in our ‘land of the free.’ Perhaps they feel a pressure or even despair about moving into their next phase of life (climate change, anyone?). Maybe they are questioning their gender or sexuality in a hostile environment. If you're searching for meaning, joy, and growth during this time, I am here to partner with you.

My practice is informed by dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic theory, and intersectional feminism. I aim to be a fellow explorer and accountability partner. In our sessions, no topic is taboo or off the table. If nothing else, I am a curious person, and I thrive on finding the joy and (sometimes dark) humor in everyday life.

I understand that finding a therapist can be stressful, scary, or just irritating if you scroll long enough. If you're feeling that way, we can talk about it as we get started. Authenticity is never wasted, and I am willing to meet you in whatever stage you're at, mentally and emotionally.
