Andrew Anderson Therapy
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a graduate degree from William Paterson University and postgraduate training in Internal Family Systems from the IFS Institute. I specialize in working with young adults who are stuck, having difficulty getting themselves going, or who feel like they’re being pulled in too many different directions. I have experience helping clients who have racing thoughts, heaviness of breath or are overly tired all the time, or feel sensations such as tightly wound or tense. I offer clients an open-minded and caring approach to psychotherapy that aims to bring forth feelings of connection, joy, and embodiment by harnessing the wisdom, spirituality, and science of the craft, and empowering individuals to be all of who they are.
