Inner Axis Therapy
You’re doing fine. So why doesn’t it feel like it?
Maybe you’re keeping up with school, showing up for your friends, and getting through your days, but underneath it all, you feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of yourself.
Maybe you overthink everything. You second-guess your decisions. You have a hard time saying no without feeling guilty. Your relationships leave you confused or drained. You keep falling into the same patterns even though you understand what you should do differently. Or maybe you’re going through a major transition and realizing that the person you’ve been becoming doesn’t quite feel like you anymore. That’s the kind of work I love doing.
At Inner Axis Therapy, I work with college students and young adults who want more than coping skills and advice. We slow things down and get curious about why you respond the way you do, where those patterns came from, and what you actually want your life and relationships to look like.
Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and down-to-earth. You don’t have to come in with a diagnosis, a perfectly explained problem, or even know exactly what you need. We can start with, “Something just doesn’t feel right, and I want to understand why.”
My goal isn’t to help you become a version of yourself that simply functions better. It’s to help you develop a stronger sense of who you are, trust yourself more, build healthier relationships, and make choices that feel more aligned with the person you want to become.
You’re allowed to be figuring it out. Therapy can be part of that process.
