People often seek therapy when life starts to feel overwhelming, when symptoms like anxiety, depression, or panic are getting in the way of everyday functioning, or when navigating diagnoses like bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, or schizophrenia begins to feel isolating. You might be here because you're looking for a space to feel supported, understood, and empowered in managing your mental health.
I provide telehealth therapy to adults across Connecticut who are living with a range of mental health conditions, including psychosis, suicidal ideation, self-harm, co-occurring substance use disorders, and other mood-related challenges. These issues can deeply affect relationships, work, and your sense of self. Therapy offers a safe and supportive space to explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect—and how you can make meaningful changes.
My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and compassionate. I customize each session to your unique needs and goals. Together, we'll work to build healthier coping strategies, strengthen emotional regulation skills, and support your ability to make choices that align with the life you want. I focus on whole person care, recognizing that who you are, where you come from, and what you value all matter in your healing process.
I'm committed to providing culturally sensitive and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. I work from the understanding that you are the expert in your own life, and that includes your culture, identity, and lived experience. Before beginning sessions, there are two things I want you to know. First, I'm an avid learner. I'll be learning from you just as you'll be learning from me. Second, therapy isn't always comfortable, but those moments of discomfort often come just before meaningful growth. I'll support you through it, always with respect and without judgment.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Services and am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). What drew me to this work was a deep interest in people's stories and a strong desire to challenge the stigma and misunderstandings that often surround mental health care. I'm passionate about helping people access care that feels respectful, human, and genuinely helpful.
Outside of work, I love being outdoors (as long as the bugs stay away), planning vacations, exploring new restaurants, and finding creative projects to get lost in. When it's time to truly unwind, you'll probably find me watching reality TV with a bowl of ice cream in hand.
If you're ready to take the next step in your mental health journey, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. Let's talk about what support can look like for you.
