My name is Andrea Thomas, and I am a licensed clinical social worker with over ten years of professional experience helping adults, children, and families with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, balancing life transitions, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I strive to take a client-centered approach and incorporate a variety of approaches. I believe in the importance of treating everyone with dignity and respect. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where they can express their thoughts, feelings and emotions without the fear of judgement.

Through collaboration, goals will be set with the purpose of having a meaningful outcome.
