With 24 years of experience, I specialize in supporting individuals with depression, eating disorders, and borderline personality disorder (BPD), using tailored approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. For students struggling with intense emotions, complex relationships, or the pressures of school and daily life, I’m here to help you develop effective coping skills and build a life that feels meaningful.

My approach combines proven methods with a compassionate, practical focus on your specific needs. Many people who seek my help have felt misunderstood or even dismissed by others in their past experiences with therapy. If you’ve been told that change is impossible or find yourself doubting whether anyone will truly be there for you in the long haul, I’m committed to helping you prove those doubts wrong.

In our sessions, I create a safe and respectful space, meeting you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll work on identifying what’s blocking your path forward and how to use your strengths to move beyond those barriers. If you’re open to it, we might explore mindfulness practices or narrative therapy to add new perspectives to our work together.

I also work with older adults navigating life changes and the unique challenges of aging, such as retirement, grief, and finding purpose in new stages of life. Whatever stage you’re at, therapy can offer fresh ways of coping and connecting with what really matters.

Your first steps in therapy don’t have to be perfect, and not every therapist will be the right match. Therapy is most effective when you feel seen and understood. Whether you’re here to manage overwhelming emotions or seek clarity in tough decisions, I’m here to listen, guide, and support you as you take on life’s challenges.
