I am Dr. Garraway. I am a helper and I have a knack for finding remote and unexpected places to reinvigorate in touch. One secret of success is always being myself, colloquial, informal, and humorous. While evidence-based, I counsel from the familiar, practical, and everyday examples. My practice is 100% remote but still 100% warm, compassionate, and human. Here you will find a mental health psychotherapist, who specializes in substance-use treatment for adults and couples. I teach you how to listen to and honor the various parts of yourself that seek a voice, whether that be a thought, feeling, or observation, while challenging self-limiting beliefs, using a kind and loving approach that is transferable to other life challenges.
