Accepting clients Last Updated 1 days ago

Many clients come to me because they're navigating complex life issues—whether that's reproductive mental health challenges, life transitions, or struggles with self-esteem and relationships. I specialize in women's reproductive mental health, supporting clients with abortion and post-abortion challenges, fertility concerns, birth trauma, pregnancy planning, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, pregnancy loss, and other issues that arise during the prenatal, pregnancy, and postpartum stages. I also work with young adults facing identity issues, mood disorders like depression and anxiety, and borderline personality disorder.

I received my dual master's degrees in social work and psychology from New York University and completed my clinical internship at a community outpatient mental health center, where I supported adolescents and adults with a range of mental health challenges. That experience was deeply meaningful and shaped how I work today, helping clients navigate difficulties while witnessing their growth over time.

In therapy, I use an empathetic and collaborative approach. I draw from therapeutic practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and more to offer care that fits your unique needs. Together, we'll explore past and present experiences, build on your strengths, and equip you with actionable skills to confidently face challenges. My priority is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel supported and understood.

If you're ready to take the next step, I'd be honored to work alongside you.
