I generally work with people who have experienced childhood, intergenerational, and historical trauma, neurodivergent folks, LGBTQIA2S+, people experiencing grief or big life changes, and might experience really big feelings. I strive to be a provider rooted in anti-oppression ways of being and openly discuss the therapeutic power dynamic. I offer therapy rooted in humanness, joy, and authenticity.
