Hello! Welcome to Anchor & Bell Counseling. We are a small group practice that operates out of Westwoods Community Church in Lakewood, CO. We love working with college age students as we help you explore more of your identity, passions, and goals. We know college can be a significant time of transition for you, and feel strongly about wanting to provide a safe place for you to come and catch your breath. Many of the college age clients we see are dealing with life transition issues, relationship challenges, various traumas, and anxiety/depression related concerns. If you are looking for a warm place to feel understood and heard as you navigate through life's challenges, we would love to talk more with you!
