Anastasia Vasquez

Licensed Mental Health Counselor, MA, LMFT, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I specialize in helping adults heal from complex trauma and improve their quality of life. I enjoy working with the college aged population up to those in their 50's where we often explore the impact of childhood experiences on present day functioning, how to promote supportive relationships through communication skills and boundary implementation, and work on strengthening your sense of self to feel confident and empowered. Navigating life transitions, promoting sexual well-being, exploring spirituality or adversity to it, and engaging in premarital work with couples are also topics that I enjoy assisting with.

I believe that the biggest success in treatment is your ability to feel seen, safe, and heard both in the therapy room, and outside of it. I take a collaborative and personalized approach to treatment with a healthy dose of humor and warmth. Together, we'll discover what works specifically for you.

Services are currently offered in English only, pero yo entiendo un poco de EspaƱol. Email is the best way to reach me for a complimentary consultation. As of February 2025, I am accepting new individual clients.
