I am currently assisting individuals who are needing additional support with: anxiety, depression, distorted sense of self, phase of life problems, stress, trauma, grief, managing emotions, exploring issues in relationships and upbringing, generational trauma, and maladaptive behaviors
I utilize various and combinations of evidenced-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, solution-focused, person-centered, narrative, and many more that best fits your needs. I also like to educate to increase your knowledge and understanding of your own mental health and support you in gaining confidence in yourself to change how you see your life.
